Quality - Integrated Management System
SRS operates a quality management system ensuring that all processes and procedures are adhered to.
After Action Reviews take place with all personnel on completion of each campaign and/or when necessary. This ensures that all procedures are reviewed in order to implement ongoing improvements to our processes.
Planning & Procedures
Following contract award, project specific documentation is compiled and controlled with a Master Document Register.
Risk assessments, standard operating procedures, track records, personnel CV’s and Equipment Lists are compiled.
All documentation is made available to the client.
Health, Safety & Environment
SRS shall at all times comply with the Company’s Health, Safety and Environment requirements as detailed.
SRS confirms its commitment to continually expanding and improving its Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and project specific plans.
