Seabed Benthic Surveys
We take biosecurity very seriously. Foreign vessels arriving in Australian ports need to be thoroughly inspected for marine invasive species including the Black Striped Mussel, The Asian Mussel, The Asian Paddle Crab, and many others.

Site level and broadscale seabed monitoring - Validation of benthic imagery with biochemical variables, flora, fauna and sediment details. All data assessment and reporting will be completed by a qualified marine biologist.
Remote Cleaning of Tanks, Earth Bank Storages (EBS) and Dams
Specialised Remote Services have a variety of Remote Cleaning Units which are suitable for the cleaning of potable water tanks, fire tanks, Earth Bank Storages and dams. The RCUs are fitted with HD cameras and lighting to capture the removal of the sediment/sludge when cleaning to ensure that they are cleaned to a high standard and for reporting purposes.
The benefits of using RCUs include allowing water storage remaining online / in service as the cleaning system is capable of cleaning without creating turbidity. This means the tank/EBS doesn’t not require isolation from the network while the cleaning is in process.
The discharge hose is fitted to the RCU with a non-return valve to prevent sediment from re-entering the storage in the event of power failure or pump shutdown. Contact us to find out more.
